Raylena Jo Ashford

Memorial services for Raylena Jo Ashford will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021, 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Boswell, OK with Brother Jarrod Wright officiating. Raylena passed away October 1, 2021, in Ft. Smith, AR, at the age of 61.

Raylena Jo Ashford was born March 24, 1960, in Atoka, OK the daughter of Bob and Lawanda (Payne) Johnson. She married Benjamin "Ben" Ashford on January 23, 1995 in Boehler, OK.   Raylena worked as a home health aide and was an amazing caregiver. She loved being a mother, and all the aspects that came with being a homemaker.  Raylena enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Lawanda Johnson; two infant siblings; nephew, Michael Honeycutt.

Raylena  is survived by her husband, Ben Ashford  and children of the home, Charlie Dennis and Joe Dale Crow; son, Jeremy Lynn Crow of Boswell, OK; grandchildren, Logan Crow and Teleah Crow; sisters, Brenda Thompson and husband Ted of Boswell, OK, and Bennie McKee of Boehler, OK; brothers, Buck Honeycutt and Johnny Honeycutt both of Boehler, OK; along with numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
